This work consists of two chapters, the present and the past. Players will investigate the same case from the perspectives of two investigators, “Rui Xi” and “Dragon Wood”. In the “Half Body Serial Murder Case” 6 years ago, the left side of the victim’s body was a mystery, but it was found after 6 years, and the story began. To solve the mystery of the left half of the body, which shows no signs of decay, Mizuki turns to Ryuki, the investigator who was in charge of the case six years ago, for help.
Mizuki Hen: Currently
The story told from the perspective of ABIS rookie investigator Rishi, guided by a mysterious message, Rishi became the one who found the left half of the body. So, in order to solve the mystery of the case, Rui Xi went to Ryuki, the investigator who was in charge of the case 6 years ago.
Dragon Wood: The Past
What kind of incident is the “Half Body Serial Murder” still unsolved until now? This story will start from the perspective of Ryuki, the investigator who was in charge of the case six years ago. At that time, a body with only the right half of the body suddenly appeared in the studio of the quiz show, and the search operation began. Another protagonist, Rishi, who was only 12 years old at the time, will also appear as a girl.
Introducing the search chapter with new elements added and replayability doubled
This work is mainly composed of “Search” and “Dream World”. In the search chapter, players will visit various places in the real world or conduct investigations at the scene of the incident, and ask for information from relevant people, so as to advance the game plot. The purpose of the game is to conduct dialogues and investigations on people around you or things of interest to obtain information related to the case.

In places that cannot be seen by the naked eye, such as the interior, it is also possible to obtain various information by inferring the psychological state of the character through the change of body temperature. Not only that, the search chapter of this work has added new elements such as “Wink Psync”, “Amplified Vision”, “Reproduce the Truth” and so on.

The player will control the protagonist to inspect the scene of the case completely reproduced through the virtual space and collect clues related to the case. The virtual space also contains information obtained by X-ray or thermal scanning, and by switching the mode, the special vision function can be applied to the entire space for further detailed investigation. In addition to being used to collect evidence, sometimes in the augmented visual chapter, the puzzles and secret codes set at the scene of the case are scrutinized.
Reproduce the truth
After the augmented visual chapter obtains sufficient evidence, it will enter the reproduction truth chapter. At this time, the incident process will be reviewed, and the clues collected at hand will be checked with the emerging questions, and the truth will be gradually clarified. After the impeccable reasoning is deduced, the entire crime process will be reproduced through the vivid acting skills of the protagonist.
