The Sverdlovsk military commissar again changed the order on partial mobilization in the region. From the new version of the document, the order on the ban on leaving Russia for those who are in reserve, but did not receive a summons, disappeared.
Also, the order of the acting chief military commissar Sergei Chirkov says that employers must release the mobilized from work and service and ensure their attendance at the military registration and enlistment offices.
