A car collision accident occurred at 6:00 am in Xinxing District, Kaohsiung City today (15th). A black car crashed into 6 motorcycles parked on the roadside for unknown reasons, and a 22-year-old woman surnamed Gao was involved. The police were reported to the scene and caused the accident The 71-year-old man surnamed Xu fell on the driver’s seat and lost signs of life. He was rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment for half an hour and was still declared dead. Whether the cause of Xu Weng’s death was related to the sudden drop in temperature recently, the police have notified the family members and reported it to the prosecution for verification.
The incident happened at 6:40 this morning. The surveillance camera captured a black car coming out of the alley, turning left into Xintian Road, and driving in the direction of Zhonghua Road. The car veered all the way to the outside lane and hit the side of the road. The 6 parked locomotives also caused a woman surnamed Gao to slightly scratch her right foot. The police arrived at the scene. Seeing that the driver did not respond to the window of the black car, they directly broke the window with a baton. When the door was opened, the old man surnamed Xu who caused the accident had fallen on his side in the driver’s seat, showing no signs of life.
The police hurriedly called an ambulance to arrive at the scene and sent Xu Weng to Datong Hospital for treatment, but after half an hour of rescue, the first aid was still ineffective. The police checked the monitor and judged that Xu Weng fainted in the car when he turned out of the alley. As the weather in Taiwan has changed drastically in recent days, the temperature has dropped sharply in one day.
