Public policies: retirement at 65, tax exemption for inheritance tax and fewer civil servants

Social Security benefits :

  • Restore the universality of family allowances and child care supplements for families. Double tax credits for families to promote reconciliation of work and family life. Parental leave extended until the child turns 18 in the event of school difficulties or health problems.
  • The RSA must give rise to a counterpart of activity of general interest: every week 15 hours of activity at the company. Refuse the young RSA, but create a “young income of 670 euros, but which will be intended only for young people who will train full-time, in the professions which are recruiting”.
  • Create an allowance for the first child of €900 per year, paid to all parents who have a child up to the age of 18, and which will be added to the premium for the reception of young children (the Paje). Also increase the allowances for the second child by 20%, increasing it from €1,595 to €1,900 per year.

Education :

  • Increase in primary by 2 hours per week the teaching of French, one hour per week that of mathematics. Introduce a 6th grade entrance exam, not to block their entry to college, but to create 6th grade consolidation classes.
  • Diversify recruitment and encourage second careers in teaching by creating 5-year educational broadcasting contracts, which will put an end to the precariousness of temporary teachers (who today represent up to 10 or 15% of the workforce in certain academies). And regionalize the recruitment of teachers at the CAPES level and the management of their careers to put an end to the paradox of the current situation, where the Ministry of Education continues to send young teachers, despite themselves, to the most difficult establishments .

Civil service and taxation:

  • Objective: elimination of 150,000 jobs in the administration. Delete in five years 10% of the “administering administration”, that is to say civil servants who manage standards and procedures by refocusing the State on its essential functions: education, care. Refocus public power on its three priority missions – protect, educate and treat – for which 50,000 additional jobs will be created. Over 10 years, reduce the debt to more bearable proportions, towards 100% of GDP. Rethink the 3% public deficit rule at Community level by taking out expenditure linked to defense and the energy transition in order to combine good management of public finances and the ability to make investments for the future.
  • Create a carbon tax at the borders of the Union to protect against social and environmental dumping.
  • Sell all the minority stakes of the State-shareholder: 15 billion euros in privatization revenue by 2027.

Secularism:

  • Ban on the wearing of the veil for public service auxiliaries. Continue to allow the veil to be worn at university, fight against men who force their wives to wear the veil. Prohibit the burkini at the municipal swimming pool.

Pensions:

  • Initiate the pension reform while ensuring a minimum pension equivalent to the SMIC (i.e. a 25% increase). Retirement at age 65 from 2030.

Health :

  • Recruit 25,000 additional caregivers in 5 years at the public hospital.

Transports :

  • Offer €6,000 in aid for the purchase of a clean vehicle. Stop producing thermal cars by 2035 and develop charging stations and French industrial sectors for the production of all electric modes of transport.

A business life organized by branch, ecology will still have to support nuclear power

Employment and economy:

  • Continuation of the reform of unemployment insurance by increasing the degressivity of benefits, after 6 months, to encourage them to return to work or training earlier (for all employees under 50 paid more than 2 SMIC).
  • Put an end to the 35 hours and liberalize working time. It will now be negotiated by branch or by company to adapt to new ways of working (teleworking, etc.), the needs of companies and the expectations of employees: it will be possible by agreement to stay at 35 hours or to adopt new hours. In the absence of an agreement, the working time will be 39 hours, which will be paid for 39 hours, ie 11% more than 35 hours, and ensuring that no employee loses out.

Agriculture :

  • Tax imports that do not comply with French standards. Reduce the impact of market fluctuations on farmers’ income, in particular by developing the use of insurance. Increase agricultural pensions.

Ecology:

  • Decarbonize transport: 2035 objective so that all new vehicles no longer consume fossil fuels, not only cars, but also trucks, coaches, buses, trains, two-wheelers, boats, small planes (And 50% sustainable biofuels in larger planes).
  • Reinvest in nuclear power, renovate our facilities, take up the industrial challenge of EPRs, consider the path of small modular reactors. Encourage nuclear safety investments as well as an irreproachable control and transparency policy. Relaunch technological projects that will limit nuclear waste and store it. Propose a decision to Parliament on the landfill site, which has been awaited for so many years, after so much public debate. Use nuclear power to create green hydrogen.

Immigration: less social assistance for foreigners, establishment of “punch brigades”

Immigration and Security:

  • Constitutional law to establish a chosen immigration with quotas by trades and by country. Urge the States which today refuse to issue consular laissez-passer for the return of their illegal nationals living in France to do so by denouncing, after a period of 6 months, the bilateral agreements on immigration which bind France to these countries and by suspending the issuance of entry visas.
  • Remove social aid for illegal immigrants, refocus state medical aid on emergency medicine, link obtaining a residence permit to mastering French: 600 hours of lessons with compulsory exam.
  • Establish punch squads in sensitive neighborhoods which are lawless areas with more police, cyber police, gendarmes, soldiers, tax squad, etc. Expel for threat to public order all foreigners whose behavior is part of radical Islamism and who are registered in the anti-terrorism files. Close any mosque where a preacher makes a speech hostile to France and the values of the Republic. Put in place detention measures to keep radicalized terrorists locked up after their prison sentences, amending the Constitution if necessary.
