Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Activists on social media circulated a video of Camilla Harris, US Vice President Joe Biden, during her speech at the “City Mayors” conference and talking about the challenges.

In part, Harris said, “And I know that both of you are ready for this challenge because you are Deans,” before starting to laugh.
It is noteworthy that the Deans Conference is an annual meeting of mayors of American cities, business leaders and other experts, and it is being held in its current session for the year 2022 in Reno, America.
It is noteworthy that this is not the first time that activists have interacted with Harris laughing, as activists circulated a video clip from the press conference she held with Polish President Andrzej Duda, during her visit to the Polish capital Warsaw last March.
