This Wednesday night the identities of the two people who were involved, during the afternoon, in a road accident on the Valencia-Tocuyito highway, in which one of them was injured and with various fractures, while the other another died instantly.
As published by the Instagram account “No Es Spam”, the fatal victim was called Gustavo Adolfo “Bubu” López, 27 years old. He was the co-pilot and died immediately. The driver, Gabriel Sánchez, lost control of the car in the vicinity of the Wholesale Market, apparently because the pavement was wet, and it hit a tree.
Sánchez was removed from the vehicle and transferred to a health center by the Libertador Fire Department.
Apparently they were returning from refueling at the El Prado service station. Unofficially it is said that on the road they were hit by another vehicle that fled. Sanchez and López started a chase so that those responsible would respond for the damage caused, until they had the unfortunate outcome. No police agency has confirmed this information.
