The Met Gala is a charity event that kicks off the Dress Institute’s annual fashion exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. And although it is an event very committed to fashion, this year there was no shortage of memes.

This year, the theme was “golden glamour” and just as there were those who understood and represented the concept perfectly, others simply did not.

And the most bizarre humor was not lacking, such as the fact that Fredrik Robertsson’s wardrobe (which, by the way, they confused with Jared Leto) looks like an insect or that some of the male figures at the gala were dressed very similar to each other, for wearing a tuxedo.
Besides, The absence of one of the most anticipated people of the Met Gala was quite noticeable: Lady Gaga. His fans were sad on social networks, although the laughter was not lacking.
