Al-Marsad newspaper: Dr. Oksana Mikhaleva, an endocrinologist, a Russian nutrition expert, revealed the importance of a healthy diet, which contains nuts, avocados, vegetable oils, some spices and chocolate, to increase sexual desire.
And Mikhaleva warned against consuming alcoholic beverages, beer, fatty foods and processed meat, and advised men not to overeat soybeans and its products, because they contain plant estrogen, and all of these substances negatively affect sexual desire.
