They approve “Charrería Day in the State of Hidalgo”

The LXV Legislature of the State Congress, approved in ordinary session number 201, with 23 votes in favor, the opinion that establishes September 14 of each year as “Charrería Day in the State of Hidalgo.”

On the other hand, the legislator of the Independent Plural Group, Alejandro Enciso Arellano, read the reform to article 28 Bis of the Municipal Organic Law for the State of Hidalgo, to establish the obligation of people to cover the repair of damage, as well as such as the expenses generated by veterinary medical care, medications, treatments and/or surgical intervention, for those domestic animals that are subject to cruelty, abuse, damage or torture, regardless of the administrative sanctions provided for in the Law and the penalties established in the Penal Code for the State of Hidalgo.

In the Tribune of the State Congress, the opinion was approved that reforms article 62 and adds article 62 Bis to the Law on the Rights of Girls, Boys and Adolescents of Hidalgo, to reinforce the right to culture of children, through of cultural activities, as well as in the arts and promote their creativity and artistic production in the entity.

The Morena representative, Lisset Marcelino Tovar, read the initiative that reforms and adds various provisions of the Youth Law of the State of Hidalgo, which was approved unanimously. She explained that the regulatory proposal proposes to safeguard the labor dignity of young people, allowing a specific definition and scope of the concept of “decent and well-paid work” to be established.
