A man and a woman were murdered this afternoon, Thursday, on Juan Ponce de León avenue, in front of the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority, in Río Piedras, reported the Police Bureau.
The authorities found the victims inside a Nissan Pathfinder, gold and 2007, where they were shot in different parts of the body that caused death on the spot.
So far, the victims have not been identified. They also did not offer further descriptive details of the bodies.
While, another man was wounded by a gunshot and was transported to a hospital in the metropolitan area for medical attention. His condition is stable. as indicated.
A call at around 2:54 in the afternoon to the 9-1-1 Emergency System alerted the authorities of a shooting in the area.
Agents attached to the Homicide Division of the San Juan Criminal Investigation Corps are investigating the double murder.
The prosecutor on duty and staff from the Institute of Forensic Sciences are heading to the scene and will join the investigation.
