The Federal Oral Court 4 ordered the arrest of Leonardo Fariña within the framework of the cause known as “K Money Route”, where he was sentenced to three years and six months in prison but was still unserved. Judge Néstor Costabel was the one who ordered that he be detained. He is currently in prison for having been found in a raided financial institution in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Belgrano.
Nine days ago, one of the repentants who was convicted by justice was in the wrong place: the offices of a “cave” dedicated to the exchange of dollars, which was later raided by the police. The financial company was under judicial investigation for alleged money laundering and violation of the exchange regime.
