The communicator Sergio Carlo, who lives in Atlanta, United States, denounced that they perpetrated in his apartment and documents, jewelry and the keys of his vehicle were stolen.
Carlo explained that in the area where he lives he is middle class, there are no ostentatious houses and crime is low, even so, thieves managed to enter his house.
“They entered our apartment on the 4th floor through the balcony and stole all my important documents (ALL), Gabby’s computer (there we have the address where they took her), my watches (3 of them jebi), and some how many more things”, he said through Twitter.
The presenter of “Antinoti” expressed that he was full of impotence and was surprised that “even when the police went, they told us that these cases are not seen where we came from.”
Sergio Carlo’s case is added to one that recently happened to filmmaker Alfonso Rodríguez, who was also a victim of crime in Los Angeles.
While Rodriguez was at the Summit of the Americas in that city, his belongings were stolen from the SUV.
“So they don’t say that na’ ma’ is there (Dominican Republic) what happens, here in Los Angeles they broke my jeep and they took everything that was inside,” he said in a video.
The Dominican consul in Los Angeles, California, assured that they stole around seven thousand dollars.
