The firm’s deep desire has always been to make us reachable at all times, whatever the circumstances. All in ultimate comfort and ergonomics. The brand new cast of WhatsApp on Windows is already available on Microsoft Store. All you have to do is go to the platform, search for said application and then start the installation! You know, the old version of WhatsApp sur Windows was purely and simply inspired by the web version of WhatsApp. No particular enhancements, just enough to avoid the hassle of logging into the app via a Navigator. Now, this latest version is fully native and designed for optimal use on the computer. Note that the application is not yet available on Mac – although it may not last very long.

The app is “optimized for your computer’s operating system” so as to, more particularly, “receive notifications and messages when your phone is offline”. As you will have understood, the goal is to get out of the scheme of WhatsApp only available on smartphones. Ultimately, using the app should be as easy as using Telegram or, more specifically, Facebook Messenger.
Innovation does not always rhyme with perfection!
