The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has Priority Processing to review forms I-129 and I-140. These documents record the Nonimmigrant Worker Petition and the Immigrant Petition for Foreign Worker.
Users who choose this route to manage their cases with the USCIS will have 15 days to wait until the procedures are resolved. If the service does not end within the established period, USCIS returns the money collected and the process continues as normal.
The 15-day period begins when USCIS receives Form I-907, which is the Request for Priority Processing Service. At the conclusion of the review of the file, the federal agency may notify the approval, denial, request for evidence or fraud investigation. To resolve these pending issues, USCIS has an additional 15 days from the collection of information.
Citizens who request Priority Processing do not need to submit the Application to Extend or Change Nonimmigrant Status. This procedure is made official through Form I-539 and the measure was taken on June 13 of the previous year.

The Priority Processing claim is executed in real time virtually or by email. For these actions, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) entity offers its digital site uscis.gov/es/i-907.
