2023-06-21 07:18:59

More than ever, it’s time for development, entrusted to the care of Thomas Lansonwhich has accumulated a long experience in hotel real estate.

The pace will accelerate with the ambition to open 15 to 20 new addresses per year until 2027, by playing on all the levers of development: the management contract on behalf of an owner, the lease (the most common formula) and, more recently, the franchise.

Objective between 210 and 220 establishments by 2027 around 3 priority geographical areas:

– France, with a reaffirmed presence in the regions: Lyon, Montpellier, Toulouse…

– The United Kingdom, where Adagio will continue to develop its presence in London (3 existing sites, 2 new sites under construction and others to come).

– Northern Europe, in Germany (Heidelberg, Stuttgart) or in Benelux (Ghent, Antwerp, Brussels).

China – the 5th continent not yet exploited – is in the line of sight with a first opening expected in 2024 which might prefigure a subsequent large-scale deployment in the country.

Thomas Lanson:// knows he can rely on the Accor group’s development teams who clear the ground.

Similarly, to accelerate franchise development, the appeal to Accor franchisees who wish to add a popular brand to their portfolio has already worked well (5 franchises which should increase to 20 next year).
