Threatening the Saudi embassy in Lebanon .. What is the relationship of Hezbollah?

Through audio messages, the Saudi embassy in Beirut was subjected to threats threatening to target the embassy building and its employees with a terrorist act. Although the accused person is a Saudi national, the question about Hezbollah’s relationship to the incident remained present.. So why?

The incident sparked public opinion, and led to a split in opinions between those denouncing and supporting what was stated in the threats, which will later appear to belong to a Saudi opponent named Ali bin Hashem bin Salman Al-Hajji.

Meanwhile, it did not take long for question marks to be raised about the person behind the threat to the Saudi embassy, and even before the Lebanese authorities actually mobilized their efforts, Al-Hajji cut doubt with certainty through tweets on his Twitter page, during which he confirmed that he was the one who did so.

Al-Hajji is a Saudi opponent and is wanted by the Saudi authorities for terrorist crimes inside Saudi Arabia. He is currently residing in Lebanon and is active in the Saudi opposition.

This was confirmed by a security source to Agence France-Presse, that Haji has been residing in Lebanon for years and has participated in many conferences opposed to the Saudi regime, attended by senior Hezbollah officials, and is currently in Syria, according to the source.

Question marks Haji did not leave the room to think about, when he not only announced that he was behind the audio recording in which he threatened the Saudi embassy, and his strong opposition to the Saudi regime, but also deliberately published videos showing his participation in a conference of Saudi opponents in Beirut, in addition to his support for Hezbollah through a photo. In it, he stood on an out-of-service military vehicle with a party flag behind him, writing, “The picture has many meanings.. The problem is that you are a Saudi who is difficult to understand.”

Regarding the reasons for the threats, Hajji commented, “Many journalists are trying to communicate with me to find out the reason for the threat to the Saudi embassies in Lebanon and outside Lebanon. My answer is in the recording.

And the Saudi dissident said in his recording, “Anyone who touches a hair in my family, I swear by His Majesty, that no employee in the Saudi embassy will remain alive, and I will do a job that no one else has done before me, and I will exterminate every person in the embassy.”

After the recording was circulated on social media, the Saudi ambassador to Beirut, Walid Bukhari, tweeted, “Terrorism is the product of extremism, its roots and seeds begin with the frustrated mind.”
