The lottery fairy is apparently at home in Thuringia.
The special draw for St. Nicholas made two players from the state millionaires.
They each ticked three correct numbers last Saturday, the Thuringian State Lottery announced on Sunday.
What’s special: In the nationwide special draw before St. Nicholas Day on December 6th, three correct numbers were enough for the big prize.
Anyone who typed three correct numbers in the normal draw 6 out of 49 automatically took part in the special draw. There was a total of three times one million euros and 1000 times 1000 euros to be won.
According to Lotto Thüringen, in the past four weeks there has already been a new millionaire and three major prizes of more than 100,000 euros for Thuringian players. (rgz, dpa)
