Disney and Universal remain the two main players to fight on this ground and it is Mickey Mouse who wins this duel with profits totaling 7.9 billion dollars last year.
The most recent report from the Themed Entertainment Association reveals, however, that Universal experienced a significant surge in ridership in 2022, which translated into a 50% increase in revenue over the previous year.
Orlando, Florida remains the favorite destination for theme park enthusiasts, but Japan is also very popular.
