Major General Sherif Fahmy Bishara, Governor of Ismailia, announced that the maximum level of preparedness had been raised in the centers, cities and villages of the governorate, due to bad weather and rainfall.

The governorate said that satellite images indicate the presence of rain clouds, rain of varying intensity, and thunderstorms in separate areas of the governorate, especially the west of the governorate, as time progresses, including the interior regions.

The chances of rain will continue during the coming hours, and the centers, cities and villages of the governorate are now witnessing rain and the appearance of lightning in the sky, in addition to power outages in several places in Ismailia Governorate.

The Meteorological Authority expects today, Monday, to witness hot weather during the day on Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northeastern coasts, South Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt, moderate on the northwestern coasts, hot on southern Upper Egypt, and cold at night in most parts.

Today, it is expected that there will be opportunities for light rain at night in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, and the Canal cities, and opportunities for light to medium rain in the evening, which may be thundery at times on areas and intermittent periods on the northwestern coasts and northern Lower Egypt, sometimes heavy on Sallum and Matrouh, with wind activity in most parts. .
