Al-Marsad newspaper: The Ministry of Commerce has named the owner of a commercial facility specializing in the sale of food called “Bandar bin Salman bin Jarallah al-Juhani”, and the responsible seller is a resident of Myanmar nationality.
She explained that a court ruling was issued convicting them of violating the anti-commercial fraud system following the possession, display and sale of about 600 food products of unknown origin and expired dates (vegetables, fish, juices and sweets).
The Ministry published the judicial ruling issued by the Criminal Court in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, which includes the imposition of a fine, the confiscation and destruction of the seized products, and the publication of the ruling at the expense of the violators.
