Tragic Construction Site Accident in Liège Leaves Worker Dead: Updates & Investigations

A worker lost his life on Wednesday followingnoon following the fall of a pylon on a construction site in Liège, indicate the firefighters of Liège and the labor auditor.
The accident occurred shortly following 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, avenue George Truffaut, on the construction site of the urban boulevard in the Droixhe district of Liège.

For a reason that remains to be determined, a pylon fell on a worker from the UWA (Union Wallonne des Architectes). He is dead.

The Labor Auditor and the Workplace Well-Being Control went to the site. An investigation has been opened.
