A property line fight ended in tragedy when a 78-year-old man allegedly shot and killed his neighbor.who was trimming trees outside his home in DeLeon Springs, Volusia County, Florida.

According to court documents, Druzolowski told police he approached his neighbor and told him to get off his property. However, Ford responded with bad words and approached him.
Druzolowski told authorities that he pointed his gun at him and warned him to stop or he would shoot. Ford continued to advance towards him, so Druzolowski fired twice, missing one of them, but fatally hitting the other.
