Two Continuous Bonds Listed on the IDX – 2024-03-28 03:46:27

DURING the period 18-22 March 2024, there are two bonds listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), namely Bank BRI Sustainable Environmental Bonds I Phase III 2024 and Sustainable Bonds V PNM Phase II 2024.

“The two bonds were listed on Thursday (21/3),” said BEI Corporate Secretary Kautsar Primadi Nurahmad in a statement quoted on Sunday (24/3).

Bank BRI Sustainable Environmental Insight Bonds I Phase III 2024 issued by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk have begun to be listed on the IDX with a nominal value of IDR 2.5 trillion.

The rating result of PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) for this bond is idAAA (Triple A) and with PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk as Trustee.

Continuous Bond V PNM Phase II 2024 issued by PT Permodalan Nasional Madani has begun to be listed on the IDX with a nominal value of IDR 1.67 trillion. Pefindo’s rating result for this bond is idAA+ (Double A Plus) and with PT Bank Mega Tbk as Trustee.

“The total bond and sukuk emissions that have been recorded throughout 2024 are 18 emissions from 17 issuers worth IDR 20.96 trillion. The total bond and sukuk emissions recorded on the IDX are 548 emissions from 128 issuers with an outstanding of IDR 460.41 trillion and US$ 32.362 million ,” explained Kautsar.

There are 186 series of Government Securities (SBN) listed on the IDX with a nominal value of IDR 5,847.62 trillion and US$ 502.10 million. 10 Asset Backed Securities (EBA) worth IDR 3.19 trillion.

Meanwhile, stock trading data on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 18-22 March 2024 closed varied. The highest increase in the week occurred in market capitalization, namely 0.48% from IDR 11,692 trillion in the previous week to IDR 11,748 trillion at the close of this week.

“The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) this week also increased, namely by 0.30%, closing at 7,350,152 from 7,328,054 at the close of last week,” said Kautsar.

He added that the average daily stock transaction frequency also changed by 7.55% to 1,139 thousand transactions from 1,233 thousand transactions a week ago.

Meanwhile, the average daily share transaction volume changed by 11.67% during the week, to 16.50 billion shares from 18.68 billion shares a week ago. The average daily share transaction value experienced a change of 40.62% to IDR 10.17 trillion from IDR 17.12 trillion a week ago.

“Foreign investors today (Friday 22/3) recorded a net purchase value of IDR 372.9 billion and throughout 2024 foreign investors have recorded a net purchase value of IDR 28.25 trillion,” concluded Kautsar.
