HEAD of the National Counter-Terrorism Agency (BNPT), Commissioner General Mohammed Rycko Amelza Dahniel, strongly condemned the terrorist attack on civilians that occurred at Crocus City Hall, Krasnogorks, Russia, on Friday (22/3).
“We strongly condemn the terrorist attack on civilians that occurred at Crocus Russia City Hall, terrorism is a serious threat to world peace and security,” said Rycko, Sunday, as quoted on Monday (25/3).
Furthermore, the Head of BNPT conveyed the importance of global cooperation in tackling terrorism between countries in the world.
“International cooperation is important in tackling terrorism, including exchanging information between countries in disclosing terrorism cases,” he said.
Previously, the ISIS group in Afghanistan or the Islamic State of Khurasan Province (ISKP/ISIS-K) claimed responsibility for the attack. The perpetrators stormed the building and shot at residents with assault rifles. In this incident, 133 people died. (Z-6)
