Today was in The Language State announced that Babs Gons will receive the Golden Ganzeveer 2024. ‘She will receive the Golden Goose Feather 2024 for her many years of dedication to the growth and development of spoken word as a literary genre in the Netherlands.’ The prize consists of a gold quill and one year of extraordinary membership of the Academy. A special edition will be published during the year. The winner of the Golden Ganzeveer may also nominate a young writer to receive the Young Veer. On Monday, May 27, Babs Gons will physically receive the Golden Ganzenveer 2024.
