In this case, the frequency of Atlantic cyclones from the northwest will increase – more than 60% of cases with a series duration of up to 1-2 weeks, ”the forecaster commented.
According to the expert, December will be 1-2 degrees warmer than normal, January – 3-4 degrees, February – 4-5 degrees. The season finale will be snowy. “During the winter, up to 15-20% of all precipitation will pass in a mixed phase. Short periods of cooling will be replaced by prolonged thaws, dangerous freezing rains and ice phenomena. The nervousness of winter will cause the formation of dense snow cover, which will melt faster. Preliminarily, spring will come earlier than the deadlines set by the climate, ”concluded Tishkovets.
