Riyadh – After four days, the weather experts in Saudi Arabia estimate that the summer will end and the weather will change. It is expected that autumn will begin with pleasant weather by September, National Meteorological Center spokesperson Aqeel Al Aqeel said.
He said that a change in the weather is expected to occur in the last week of this month and the change in weather that will be evident in the coming days will be a phase where the air temperature will gradually decrease.
During this period, heavy rainfall is expected in the southern regions of Saudi Arabia. Moderate to heavy rain and dust storms have been active in Makkah, Madinah, southern regions and most parts of Saudi Arabia for the past few days. Weather observers are giving the indication that the next month will be the beginning of autumn in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries and the beginning of spring in the Southern Hemisphere.

From the second week of September until the onset of winter, the Gulf countries experience a decrease in temperature along with the shortening of days. Autumn may be associated with the changing color of leaves in western countries, but this is not the case in Gulf countries.
