US private sector job growth boosts service sector

National Employment Report Issued by the (ADB) Research Institute Wednesday in the services sector, especially the hospitality and leisure sector, while employment in the production of goods sector appeared to be affected by the rapid increase in the cost of borrowing, as factories reduced the number of employees.

Private sector jobs rose by 239,000 last month. The institute revised its data for the month of September downward, to show a growth of 192 thousand jobs, compared to 208 thousand jobs before the adjustment.

Economists polled by Archyde.com had expected private sector jobs to increase in the America By 195 thousand jobs.

The services sector added 247,000 jobs, 210,000 of which were in the hospitality and recreation sector. Jobs in the trade, transport and utilities sector increased by 84,000 jobs.

But employment has shrunk in the information, financial, professional services, education and healthcare sectors.

The commodity production sector shed eight thousand jobs, while the manufacturing sector lost 20 thousand jobs. But the natural resources and mining sector added 11,000 jobs and construction sector jobs increased by 1,000.
