Vaccera Holding Company for Serums and Vaccines said that the new seasonal influenza vaccine has been provided and is being distributed to all the company’s branches in the governorates.
Vaccera added that the cold chain transportation guarantees the safety, preservation and complete safety of the vaccine, and the price of a dose is 190 pounds, in addition to 10 pounds of service fees.
Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, spokesman for the Ministry of Health, said that seasonal influenza vaccination was provided for the winter season in Vaxera, and the influenza vaccine is old and known to prevent infection from 50 to 60% and is currently in pharmacies.
The Ministry of Health has confirmed that the influenza vaccine can reduce the risk of any person being exposed to influenza and its complications, and following precautions helps protect against influenza and other respiratory diseases.
