Vice Chairman Jung Yong-jin “Destruction is a reality for me… If you fire a missile, all your investment will go away”

He said on his SNS on the afternoon of the 10th, “I have no worries about my career path,” and said, “I was born in a business family, and I will live and die as a businessman.”

“I am a citizen of the Republic of Korea who wants to live peacefully and freely,” he said.

Chairman Jung said, “During business, when you borrow money from abroad because of them, you have to pay more interest, and if you fire missiles, all your investment goes away. Have you been through it? Because of the risk,” he said.

He also pointed out, “If you haven’t been to the military and haven’t been through June 25, don’t tease your mouth. So, does that mean, ‘If you don’t have a chef’s license, shut up and eat’? I don’t know if I need qualifications,” he said.

Earlier, on the 6th, Vice-Chairman Jeong posted a photo of a hangover remedy on Instagram and the hashtag “Moongong.”

Afterwards, the posts tagged with the sulky tag were deleted from Instagram as a ‘guideline violation’, and Vice Chairman Chung protested against this and posted a series of posts with the hashtag mukgong and nopaku.

As the controversy grows, Vice Chairman Chung’s ‘remarks’ are leading to owner risk. There are also signs of a boycott of E-Mart and Starbucks Korea, where E-Mart is the largest shareholder.
