It appears that Vivo is preparing to launch two new T series smartphones dubbed as Vivo T1 Pro 5G and Vivo T1 44W in India in the coming days. Vivo is currently having its full hands with the imminent launch of the X80 series of smartphones. Notably, the Chinese tech company will launch the X80 series in its home country on Monday, April 25. After the debut of the range in China, Vivo is said to be planning to introduce the flagship series in the Indian market as well. Apart from that, the company is preparing to launch the Vivo S15 series of smartphones in China.
Now, the popular brand is also about to bring two new T series devices to India. As a reminder, Vivo recently announced that the T1 series smartphones will arrive in Malaysia on Monday, April 25th. A previous report has highlighted the launch schedule of the Vivo T1 Pro 5G smartphone in India. According to the report, Vivo will launch the T1 Pro 5G smartphone in the country between April and May 2022. In other words, the lineup could become official in other regions outside of China in the coming days.

According to the report, the two Vivo series T phones will hit store shelves in India in May this year. Both Vivo T1 Pro and Vivo T1 44W smartphones will be equipped with an AMOLED display. Furthermore, the phones are reported to be putting Snapdragon SoCs under the hood. The Vivo T series currently includes the Vivo T1 5G, which is priced at INR 15,990. Now, the Vivo T1 Pro 5G and Vivo T1 44W will be the latest entrants in this group.

Furthermore, the Vivo T1 Pro is likely to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G processor. Also, it will likely feature an AMOLED screen that offers a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. As for optics, the phone has a 64MP ultra-wide-angle main camera on the back. Unfortunately, details about the phone’s battery capacity are still scarce. However, previous leaks indicate that the battery will support 66W fast charging. Apart from this, the phone will use an eight-layer liquid cooling system to make sure temperatures are in check. Vivo T1 Pro 5G recently appeared on benchmarking site Geekbench.
According to the Geekbench listing, the phone will be running the latest Android 12 operating system. Moreover, it states that the phone will ship with Snapdragon 778 5G SoC, and packs 8GB of RAM. Likewise, the vanilla Vivo T1 44W could have an AMOLED display. It is said that the phone will use the Snapdragon 680 SoC to draw its power. Apart from that, it has a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. Moreover, the two upcoming Vivo phones are said to be running Android 12 with Funtouch OS on top.
As far as availability is concerned, two Vivo devices will go on sale through Flipkart in India. Furthermore, the Vivo T1 Pro can retail for around INR 25,000. On the other hand, Vivo T1 4G can cost you INR 15,000.
