From the great challenge of the corona virus, we succeeded and achieved the biggest revolution with the creation of the Recovery Fund which also bears the seal of Greece.
2024 is not 2019, things have become very difficult and Europe is trying to play a leading role in a changing world. We are voting for a strong ND so that we can continue to fight big battles as we fought them at the European level for the past five years.
Battles that we won and that allowed us to turn Greece from a black sheep of Europe into a country that speaks credibly about its own and European problems, are at the center of European developments.
In March 2020, we faced an unprovoked invasion, defended our borders and fought hard to change Europe’s approach to immigration.”
“Europe is being tested by the war in Ukraine and the crisis in the Middle East. The next day we should present to the European Council an initiative for joint financing of defense costs from the European budget“, he also emphasized.
“Demographics is not only a Greek challenge, but a European one,” said the prime minister.
“The European elections are a national ballot that will have a political impact. The stronger the ND is on the night of June 9, the more stable the country will be so that we can proceed with the big changes.”
Kyriakos Mitsotakis emphasized that the opposition has an obsession “for Mitsotakis to fall. This is not a proposal” and called on everyone to take the European elections seriously and to avoid casual voting.
