Al-Marsad Newspaper: The head of Al-Rajhi Bank, Abdullah Al-Rajhi, responded to the bank’s accusation of using religion and exploiting religious sentiments to gain customers and obtain higher rates on loans.
He said during an interview with the “In the Picture” program broadcast on the Gulf Rotana channel: “This is not true, and we are looking for how to serve customers in the best possible way, which is subject to the controls of the Sharia Board.”
He added: “Today, products are offered in the legitimate market, offered by Al Rajhi and non-Rajhi, and all Saudi banks offer their legitimate products to all individuals, and the customer chooses the service and price that suits him.” Pointing out that their prices are not different.
