What are the requirements of the School Achievement Bonus?
The School Achievement Bonus is aimed at students up to 24 years old that meet all of the following requirements:
- Belonging to the most vulnerable 30% of the population, according to the Social Registry of Households, as of March 31 of the year immediately prior to the year in which the Bonus is paid. If the household certificate indicates that it is within the 40%, it does not necessarily imply that it is within the 30% most vulnerable.
- Study between 5th grade and 4th grade, during the immediately preceding year.
- Being in the 30% of the best academic performance of their promotion or graduation group during the previous year.
- Having attended basic or secondary education establishments recognized by the Ministry of Education (Mineduc).
How to apply for the benefit?
The School Achievement Bonus is not postulablebut it is automatically received by those who meet the aforementioned requirements.
