Last week the Government announced new aid for the most vulnerable population in the country. Among these benefits are the extension of the Labor IFE, the Protect Subsidy and the Parental Post Natal. In addition, the new subsidy called Chile Supports Winter Bonus.

The Winter Bonus consists of a monetary contribution one-time payment of $120,000 for each cause of a homeand this promises to help around 7.5 million people affected by the economic crisis.

  • Households that as of August 1, 2022 belong to the 60% more vulnerable and who have in their home a person over 60 years of age, under 18 years of age, a person with a disability, a person with severe or moderate dependency, or a student with special educational needs.
