A picture circulating on social media that its publishers claimed was of American wrestler Brock Lesnar preparing meat for distribution on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, garnered hundreds of posts and comments, but the truth is not quite so!
The picture shows the famous American wrestler Brock Lesnar cutting meat.
And the accompanying comment stated, “World wrestler Brock Lesnar slaughtered a cow and distributed it to Muslims in America’s mosques on the occasion of Eid al-Adha,” bringing the publication hundreds of posts and comments on Facebook and Twitter.
However, the photo in fact shows Lesnar during his visit to a famous meat store in the United States in 2021.

A search through search engines showed that the photo was posted on The Bearded Butchers Facebook page on July 12, 2021, according to AFP.
