The National Electoral Chamber (CNE) published the updated information on the final electoral roll, with the tables and establishments to which citizens will have to go for the next elections on Sunday, October 22. All Argentines over 16 years of age will have the right to vote.
In a simple way and through four items, the CNE allows Argentine citizens to verify their voting place.
- Once inside the website, you just have to enter:
- the voter’s ID number
- its gender
- the district where you vote
- the numbers and letters that appear in the verification code.
Next, the necessary data will be obtained for the moment of voting: the address of the voting establishment, the table number and order number.
In addition to the establishment, it is important to write down the table and order number in order to speed up the voting process, making the work of the table authorities easier.
On the other hand, it should be noted that appearing on the electoral roll is a sine qua non condition to be able to cast a vote.
Can I vote if I missed the PASO?
Participating in general elections is a citizen’s right and obligation within the democratic system. Those people who did not attend to vote in the Simultaneous and Mandatory Open Primaries will be able to attend to vote on October 22.
Those who did not attend the PASO on August 13 must present the certificate of justification for their absence in the primaries before the National Electoral Chamber in order not to enter the Registry of Violators of the Duty to Vote.
