In the last few hours Aragua Fútbol Club confirmed the death of its left back Bryan Ruiz this Sunday the first of January at his twenty years of age and after having played only two seasons at a professional level with the aurirrojo team.

Ruiz was born on August 5, 2002 and was part of the Aragua FC reserve, where he became captain. During the pandemic, in the express tournament organized by the FUTVE League, he made his debut with the first team against Metropolitanos on October 25, 2020, where he played 74 minutes and his team equalized 2-2.

He would play eight games in his first season as a professional and, later, he would make his debut in the Copa Sudamericana on March 18, 2021 against Mineros de Guayana in the previous phase, where his team would advance to the group stage. However, he did not see minutes in that round in which Aragua was eliminated.

In 2022, he would not be called up for much of the season, but would become the undisputed starter in the final stretch of the campaign. Unfortunately, his team would be last in the table and would be relegated to the second division of national football.

The first of January of the current year, the news of his death would be known. This would happen during the New Year celebrations. However, the cause of his death is unknown.
