In 2020, EcoTrans-N signed a contract with Ecology-Novosibirsk for the transportation of MSW in the Novosibirsk region and the city of Ob from 2021 to 2023 for 400 million rubles. There are no other contracts between them on the public procurement website.
The VIS Group is also a concessionaire for the construction in Novosibirsk of two waste processing plants, seven clinics and warehouses for the Ministry of Defense with an estimated cost of 30 billion rubles. The revenue of VIS in 2021 amounted to 764.5 million rubles, profit – 504 million.
VIS is owned by Dmitry Ryabov (51%) and Igor Snegurov (49%). This is evidenced by the Kontur.Focus counterparty verification system with an addition that the founders of joint-stock companies indicated in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Rosstat may not be shareholders. At the end of 2017, VIS stated that Ryabov sold his stake in the group to Igor Snegurov, but this information is not reflected in Kontur.Focus. Dmitry Ryabov is the CEO of Mosenergo Fuel and Energy Complex, which was owned by Igor Rotenberg (son of Russian billionaire Arkady Rotenberg, a childhood friend and judo sparring partner of Vladimir Putin).
