Many companies in charge of technical inspections are having difficulty recruiting staff.
Quentin Monnier, a professional interviewed by the news channel, pointed to a change that took place in 2018. That year, the level of education required to work for a garage was increased. Where it was previously required to hold a CAP auto mechanic or bodybuilder, it is now mandatory to have passed a professional baccalaureate.
