For the first time since 1973, Wimbledon will be, from Monday, only a matter of glory and money. The 256 elected officials who are agitated on the training courts at Aorangi Park have made up their minds. This year, they will play negative. No need for a calculator, the qualification of rookies Hüsler and Ritschard (read below) will pay exactly the same as a triumph on July 10. Zero points. However, if this measure does not change anything essential – the value of the securities – it upsets almost everything else. And raises a lot of questions.
