Dozens of our colleagues are being dismissed from the structures of the K.K.P.P.A. (assistant babysitters, social workers, nurses, social workers), while they make up for a significant part of the staff shortages in all specialties from resignations, transfers, retirements.
We all know that these structures are “standing” by the continuous contribution of the workers, in exchange for working hostage with minimal forms of work, fixed-term contracts (Covid, OAED). Management and government gradually fire them and hire other workers with fixed-term contracts, i.e. patching and recycling unemployment.
Their policies are anti-work, anti-educational, anti-scientific!
The ratio of children and babysitters in each shift is 2 babysitters for 12-13 children, of a wide age range (from months to 5 years old), or 1 social worker for 16 older children (6-18 years old)”.
Among the demands of the mobilization are: “Mass recruitment of permanent staff of all the necessary specialties with urgent procedures, based on needs, to ensure humane working conditions and quality conditions of child support and care. 6 hour – 5 day – 30 hour reset. Joining heavy and unhealthy occupations”, etc.
