What happens when a rivalry goes too far? The only way to resolve it or improve it is through one of the most brutal match stipulations in wrestling history. WWE recovered the WarGames in its Survivor Series this Saturday night.
However, The most important thing that WWE recovered this weekend was CM Punkback in the company after nine years, to a spectacular ovation from the audience in Chicago, his hometown.
In WarGames women’s combat, Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair, Shotzi and Becky Lynch defeated Bayley, Asuka, Iyo Sky and Kairi Saneby Damage CTRL, and the men’s match had Randy Orton’s return after a year and a half to, along with Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn, defeat Dominic Mysterio, Damian Priest, Finn Balor, JD McDonagh and Drew McIntyre.
Also on the billboard Gunther defended his streak as Intercontinental Champion of the WWE, which has broken records, against the multi-champion The Miz. Besides Rhea Ripley defended the women’s world title contra Zoey Stark y Santos Escobar he prevailed over Dragon Lee.

The match finally ended with a Cross Rhodes from Cody to Damien Priest for the victory of The American Nightmare’s team.
When the event seemed to end, CM Punk’s return to WWE came after nine years away from the company.

Rhea Ripley (c) defeated Zoey Stark, for the women’s world championship
The penultimate match of Survivor Series 2023 put Rhea Ripley against Zoey Stark for the women’s world championship and once again the Australian defended her crown. Rhea, who did not lose a singles match in all of 2023, ended the match with a Riptide.

Santos Escobar defeated Dragon Lee
The event continued with a 100% Mexican fight, between Dragon Lee and Santos Escobar, in which the latter emerged as the winner after connecting a Canadian Destroyer and a Phantom Driver. It was a very fast fight, in which Lee had moments like a Swantom Bomb and a powerbomb that led to a 1-2 count, but Escobar prevailed and continues to fuel the image of him as a heel.

Gunther defeated The Miz for the Intercontinental Title
Gunther defended the Intercontinental Title against The Miz, making him submit with the Boston Crab, the submission move that was classic of Chris Jericho, whom The Miz sought to match in nine reigns as Intercontinental Champion.

The event began with the women’s fight. Becky Lynch and Bayley are the two fighters who started in the ring. Dakota Kai interfered with a kendo stick with which she hit Becky and just at that moment Shotzi entered the fight. Then the champion Iyo Sky arrived with some chains and Bianca Belair was the fifth to enter the ring. Kairi Sane evened things out in number of fighters and the last two were Charlotte Flair and Asuka.
