“Net cell” operations
In Marseille, the operations resulted in 461 police custody, 300 referrals, 49 “nuts”either pre-trial detention or other measures restricting freedom. “The arrests are distinguished between immediate appearances and judicial information to capture the high end of the delinquency spectrum”specified Mr. Dupond-Moretti.
