YART Tops EWC Suzuka 8 Hours Day 2 of Testing – Webike Plus

YART – Yamaha Official Team EWC recorded a time of 2 min 06 sec on a hot and humid circuit in preparation for the 43rd round of the “Coca-Cola” Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance Road Race, Round 3 of the FIM Endurance World Championship 2022 season. Finished the second day of testing as the only team.

YART also became the only team to break the 2:07 mark with Karel Hanika recording a time of 2:06.684 in the first of five sessions that day. This lap is 0.86 seconds ahead of Team HRC’s lap time of 2:07.539 in this session.

In the second session, Team HRC beat YART’s second session best lap by more than a second with a time of 2m07.049s, one step closer to YART’s first session time.
