A man pulled out a knife Thursday morning in the town hall of Ypres (West Flanders), which led to the closure of the building as well as its evacuation, local police said. The police are present in droves.
The man pulled out a knife in the reception area of City Hall. According to the police, the individual would point the knife at himself and act very emotionally. “No one is allowed to enter the building until the man has been neutralized,” police said.
