The Ministry of Health explained ten ways to help deal with stress and anxiety, most notably: deep breathing and reducing caffeine, on the occasion of World Stress Day, which falls on June 10 of each year.

The First Riyadh Health Assembly stated, through its official account on Twitter, that “methods of dealing with anxiety and tension include: deep breathing, the experience of counting from one to ten, clearing the mind and resting the body.”
