Recently, many urban areas such as Shangcheng District and Gongshu District of Hangzhou have conducted surprise checks on whether the “ice cream assassin” is clearly marked.

The “Regulations” specifically pointed out that the clearly marked price should be true and accurate, the goods label should be aligned, and the logo should be eye-catching according to the characteristics of goods and services, industries, and regions.

Huang Hu, a staff member of the Gongshu District Market Supervision Bureau, said: “Ice cream has its own characteristics, such as small size, variety, and large quantity, and consumers can move its position when choosing. Generally, it is not a big problem if there is a price tag on the freezer. Be more standardized. Businesses should keep the ice cream in the same area as the label.”

The nearby Xiangyi convenience store also found the same situation: the ice cream in the freezer and the drinks in the freezer have no price tags.
“In this way, consumers will only know how much money is when they pay the bill, which is definitely not in line with the norm.” In response to the situation of the two stores, law enforcement officers issued notices of ordering rectification respectively, and the two stores must rectify within 3 days, that is, on July 10 A few days ago to do clearly marked price.
