This Saturday, September 3 around 6 p.m., a 21-year-old young man was caught masturbating by security guards at Disneyland Paris.
The young man was “seen masturbating in his pants while watching a video on his phone while in front of an attraction,” the park said. Park security officers immediately called the police.
A park client and mother filed a complaint. According to information from Le Parisien, an investigation was opened and the young man was taken into custody. “Even in the absence of exposure of a bare part of the body, sexual exhibition is constituted if the explicit commission of a sexual act is imposed in a place accessible to the public, in a place accessible to the gaze of the public, real or simulated”, stipulates the Penal Code.
