The milestone anchors a wider regional expansion that establishes a three-state operational footprint.
Headquartered in Westlake Village, California, the Latino-founded and owned company also holds an Arizona license for title and escrow, while confirming that its Nevada division has been active since June 2025. These approvals extend the firm’s reach into three of the West’s most active real estate markets.
Scaling from Regional Roots to a Three-State Footprint
The company’s trajectory traces back to the launch of its sister company, 805escrow, in 2018. That initial enterprise expanded at an annual rate exceeding 20 percent. Following the launch of 805title in 2022, the combined operations have sustained a year-over-year growth rate exceeding 30 percent, according to PRWeb.
